BIOSTHETICS was founded by Ali White, MS, PA-C, a seasoned medical executive and regenerative medicine expert who recognized the need for more than just the traditional offerings that often fall short, producing temporary results and leaving patients looking unlike themselves. After years of personal and professional experience, she created SkinStem Clinic to deliver science-driven, regenerative treatments that restore, strengthen, and enhance the skin’s natural function. The result is a clinic grounded in research, medical integrity, and care that prioritizes real, lasting results through the power of science.

MEET THE FOUNDER

BIOSTHETICS Medical Director

Meet Dr. Justin Garzone, DO FACP, FACOI, FHM. He is a board-certified internal medicine physician and fellow of the American College of Physicians, American College of Osteopathic Internists, and the Society of Hospital Medicine. He earned his medical degree from Lake Erie College of Osteopathic Medicine and completed residency at St. Michael’s Medical Center through Seton Hall University.

With a career deeply rooted in regenerative medicine, Dr. Garzone has performed thousands of bone marrow aspirations and joint injections, and has positively impacted the lives of so many patients. He has served as a principal investigator in regenerative clinical trials and held numerous medical directorships, helping to expand access to advanced biologic treatments.

His extensive work in orthopedic regenerative medicine sparked a broader interest in the potential of regenerative science across other areas of medicine, including aesthetics. This passion ultimately led him to join SkinStem Clinic, where he now applies his expertise to help patients achieve natural, science-backed results.

These are the recommended treatments that can be done as a stand alone or in conjuction with other treatments. All patients will be provided a personalized skin care regimen post any treatment.

Early 2020: Peak covid, breakouts and texture increasing, volume loss under the eyes and overall dull skin appearance.

Summer 2020: Texture greatly increased, under eye hollowing and resting forehead lines.

Fall 2022: Started using Tretinoin and did first microneedling facial. Saw an increase in skin quality, however was overfilled with HA filler.

Spring 2024: Day 2-3 of healing from PRP undereye filler.

Spring 2024: Day 6 of healing from PRP undereye filler. Swelling gone and mild bruising but undereye hallowing diminished.

Fall 2024: 5 months post 1 PRP undereye filler. Very satisfied with how undereyes are still apprearing fresh. Small breakouts- ready for microneedling facial.

Fall 2024: Tretinoin used through out summer so dark spots and melasma kept stable/ improved, Neurotoxin in forehead. Skin texture improved.

Spring 2024: Post 2nd pregnancy and HA filler disolved in face, skin texture increasing being off Tretinoin and no microneedling with PRP. Deep undereye hallowing.

Summer 2024: End of summer trip, no make up, 6 weeks post microneedling facial with PRP. Neurotoxin set in and simple skincare.

Winter 2024: 4 weeks post microneedling facial, makeup application was flawless. This was in natural lighting. Undereyes feel refreshed and no resting lines.

January 2025: early pregnant with twins, no Tretinoin, 4 weeks post microneedling facial with PRP, 8 weeks post touch up PRP undereye filler. 6 weeks post HA filler touch up for lips only. Feeling so beautiful in my skin.

Summer 2024: No makeup and feeling confident. Undereyes feel naturally refreshed. Skin texture is gone, glowing complexion. Post 1st microneedling PRP facial of the summer.

Spring 2025: Ramey had her first microneedling facial. This was night one of healing after washing off the topical PRP mask.

May 2025: This was 5 weeks post microneedling and 4 weeks post neurotoxin in her forehead and crows feet area. Her skin was glowing and her texture had greatly improved with no break outs!

May 2025: After videos taken at the clinic! The results speak for themselves. No makeup to the left and makeup to the right. We will continue her on her skincare regimen and then do maintenance PRP microneedling facials and neurotoxin. She is extremely happy with the results!

Spring 2025: Ramey had neurotoxin in November 2024. She was starting to see the lines come back but we had her on a personalized skincare regimen to work on skin quality which helped the resting forehead lines.

Fall 2024: Ramey was dealing with resting lines and wrinkles on her forehead and around her eyes, break outs still apparent but better with personalized skincare.

Summer 2024: Ramey had increased pigmentation beyond her freckles along with increased texture, break outs and resting lines.

Meet the gorgeous Marybeth. She came to us as a newby to the aesthetic world. She already had an amazing and healthy complexion but her areas of concern were a spot of melasma and then the resting lines on her forehead. She also wanted a treatment to maintain and even enhance her complexion. She opted to not do neurotoxin and was interested in a true regenerative approach. Marybeth made note to the team at SSC that she was very nervous and did not deal well with pain. We took a gentler microneedling approach with PRP for the first time adjusting the depth to maximize the treatment while making Marybeth feel comfortable. She did great through out the treatment and wanted to show everyone the simple healing process!

4 hours after microneedling facial with PRP when rinsed off. Slightly pink and had a slight burning sensation.

The next morning, very pale pink and a slightly rough feeling texture almost like sandpaper.

After working out and putting on morning skincare, increase in redness and burning as expected but very tolerable.

2 days later, first make up application, Marybeth reported that the makeup went on extremely smooth. Still slightly pink.

1 week later with light make up but overall brighter appearance and melasma spot grealtly improving. No more pink.

1 week later with full makeup. Marybeth reported her melasma spot covered much better and her skin texture was very smooth.

2 weeks later, no makeup and looking brighter! The melasma spot was greatly reduced and her complexion was better!

Hannah came to us in hopes for a treatment to help with this newer onset acne that started as she entered her mid twenties. It seemed to be hormonal in nature and slighly cystic. She was bothered not only by the appearance but by the pain of how inflammatory it had become. Washing her face and putting on makeup had become painful. She also made mention of how she always had to wear makeup to cover it, even just simple errands because she felt insecure about her natural skin appearance. Her goal was to decrease the acne in general, but also decrease the pain and be able to wear a tinted moisturizer or no makeup and feel confident.

This is 4 weeks after Hannah's first microneedling facial with PRP. She looks incredible and her acne has noticably diminished. She reports no more pain when washing her face or putting on makeup. She also said that it has stopped new acne from starting. Her skin health has greatly improved and she is scheduled for another microneedling facial in the next two weeks. The best part... besides the days she works she is ONLY wearing a tinted moisterizer and is feeling confident!

The above row of photos are the day after first microneedling session with PRP. She had a sunburnt appearance and had some mild pain in her acne areas as to be expected. She said that she could already tell a small difference overnight in just the inflammation from the acne, that is was decreasing.

The below row of photos are day 6 post treatment. She reported that her pain in her acne was greatly diminished to the point that washing her face was much easier. We can also clearly see how much the inflammation had calmed down in the areas of concern and you can see her skin texture was starting to become more even.
